I am giving this as a gift. I don't know much about the item itself, but sure it is good. I received this item as date promised which is a relief this time of year. This gel eye mask is really great. I get really terrible migraines and I soak this little guy in a sink full of warm water with lavender oil and it really helps. Sometimes I just put it on when I feel stressed to help me relax.
