Works for me August 22, 2010 Mobilis (Saskatoon, Canada) I bought the disposable version of the Zeno first, and liked it so much I went out and bought the pro version. This has done a pretty good job of killing off my acne. My skin isn't particularly sensitive, but I have zero luck with spot-treatments of BP or Salicylic Acid, and though I had great success with [...] all-over BP method, I had some trouble with bleached clothing.
I'm a 37 year old woman who suffers from the occasional breakout, especially just before my period. My acne is usually the fairly tame sort, but I generally always have at least two blemishes around my forehead and chin. Currently, my forehead is completely clear, and I just treated a hotspot on my chin last night; no pimple this morning.
I've actually had a bit of success with cystic zits that form around my jawline, though it's not specifically for that kind of acne. In the past, such pimples would give me a hotspot for a day or two, then take their time growing deep under my skin until they formed a large and painful lump, then they'd linger around for a week or more until they finally becan to form a (sorry, this is gross) massive whitehead. For a month now, I've been using Zeno the first day I felt such a hotspot, and on two occasions, the pimple receded and then subsided altogether with further treatment, and on the other two occasions, a small whitehead formed the next day, after two treatments. I continued to use Zeno on the same pimple, and the gunk in the whitehead melted to liquid and oozed out (again, sorry for the grossness) without leaving me a crater or any sort of mess to contend with. Not having to deal with a sore on my face makes me very happy I spent the money.
I absolutely love my Zeno, and would recommend it to anyone who has the same kind of acne I do.

I love my Zeno in teal. I bought it 3 years ago and it has served me well. If you are skeptical, be adventurous and order one. you won't regret it.
It works...I think July 16, 2010 Camille M. Clark (Hampton, VA) I purchased this to treat moderate acne. I know it isn't supposed to treat cyctic acne, but I did try it out on a few and it did seem to make them smaller/disappear quicker. However, it's kind of hard to tell whether it was due to using the Zeno or other acne medications.

I was skeptical about this product starting out and I used it for a while and found that when you are able to feel the sore spots on your face that it works amazingly. They are never able to even come out. The best thing about this product is it is all natural and there are no chemicals and stuff of that nature that you are putting into your body. I really like that!!! There are so many things on the market today that claim to help you, but really don't and some things (I think) make things worse, but this is natural and you don't have to worry about those types of situtations. I would highly recommend that you buy this product and try it for yourself.
It helps June 24, 2010 Carrie Czerwinski (Waterford, CT United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
So, I bought this after reading reviews about it for a couple years. My aesthetician has one that she uses during facials, and it seemed to help a little, so I finally broke down and spent the money. Here is what I have found. It SOMETIMES stops the pimple from forming. The rest of the time, it does not. I'm not sure why or how this happens, but I know the manufacturer says you have to catch the pimple in its early stages. Perhaps that is the problem.
What I did find nice is that, even when it doesn't stop the pimple, it makes them less sore, and reduces the puffiness of them. Less puffiness = less redness = less noticable pimples. Excellent. I'm going to keep using this product, and once I figure out the why's and wherefore's, I'll update.
