I used this product for melasma a while back (got it from my dermatologist). It was painful to use. I admit it worked, but the results were temporary. I would've continued using it, but it's too expensive and uncomfortable to use. If you have a high tolerance for pain and lots of cash, go for it.

This product scared my skin with brown spots. The scars have a honeycomb, or net pattern.
My skin is ruined.

Cosmelan 2 is pricey but very effective in reducing pigments in very short time.First-time users should be warned that it creates irritation and redness with slight peeling of the skin,but the final results is good as the skin becomes very smooth and its texture and tone much improved. The irritation can be reduced by using Mesoestetic Hydra-Vital Factor K.
