Wellbox Customer Services take weeks to reply to emails, even if you chase them. When I did eventually get hold of them, they were unable to answer my very simple questions. I contacted the Manager, but he never replied or even acknowledged any of my emails. As soon as I started to use the Wellbox, I had a problem with one of the attachments, but when I contacted Wellbox they said they couldn't help as I didn't buy it from them. Although this item was out of their 30 Day warranty, Amazon gave me a full refund.

The biggest waste of money, ever. When I first received it, I had to send it back. I thought it was broken because the hose and head connection would loosen and stop working. If you work at any angle, which you need to in order to perform the treatment it meant detaching it and then reattaching to get it to work again. The new one did the very same thing. However, I had read fairly good reviews on the machine (don't know where those came from) and decided to deal with it. After about 10 hours of use, the machine would not engage with the selected programs. So I would be suck with the program it chose for me until it randomly switched to the program I chose on the control panel at the beginning of the session.
The return date had past so I could not send it back. That was my bad judgement and fault. I don't use it anymore because it's not reliable. However, it does look good... don't be deceived by this aspect!
I would have taken the money I spent on the Wellbox and kept up with the professional treatments that I really liked. Professional treatments do help with lymph and circulation. As far as cellulite, which seems to be the big selling point of this machine, here's the truth is you wish to accept it. You have to exercise, eat a diet of fruits and veggies and don't sun damage you skin. If you're like me, and would like lymph and circulation treatments, buy a mini tramp. That's what I did. It's not fancy, but it's fun and it works. Wish I had done it to begin with.
The Wellbox is not worth your money!!!

I received the Guitay Wellbox Lipomassage Machine four days ago and used everyday. Skin is feeling smoother already. It's a great machine. I purchased a full endermologie treatment before and knew it works great. However, the full professional treatment was expensive, at $100/session and takes 14-21 sessions to see optimal results and then monthly treatments to maintain results.
I was so excited when I got the home version of endermologie machine. After four usages, thighs, arms and neck already feel smoother. I was surprised that the Roller #3 detached from the hose so often. The protective plastic pieces also came off. When I called Wellbox, they informed me that they cannot help me at all because Amazon.com is not an authorized distributor/resller!! :-(
Now, when I use roller #3, I hold it more carefully, doesn't seem to fall off as often anymore

I buy this product for my wife, the machine has worked well, especially in reduction of measures, still we hoped to with time see better results on the cellulitis, she had been a month using it, pitifully did not send the instruccional DVD that offers, only the manual

I was hopeful that this product will replace my endermology sessions and cut the cost but i was wrong there isent enough suction , parts came apart and defenetly not worth the money
