LOVE this stuff! It works as well, if not better than the hospital spray. The witch hazel is nice and cooling. And it actually smells good to boot! (Nice light, cucumber smell from the cucumber extract.) A must have in my opinion. I give a bottle to all of my preggo girlfriends as part of their shower gift. Pack some in your hospital bag for sure.
