C E & Ferulic is number one!!! June 5, 2008 T. Skinner (United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am a master esthetician and I have never seen a greater product than this one! It works on so many levels! I use it to prevent aging, repair sun damage, and - even better - it is great for burns!! My daughter received a nasty, scarring burn at work. I had her put C E & Ferulic on it twice per day for about a week, along with Colorscience's Wild to Mild - it healed really fast and with no scarring - which is huge for her as she scars very easily! I have also used it when I had gotten a bit too much sun and was amazed that it stopped the burning and healed the skin very quickly. You cannot go wrong with this product - unless you are allergic - and then you should return it to the business where you purchased it!
Great anti-aging product April 6, 2008 D. Pappas (Lansdale, Pennsylvania United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have been using this product for over two years now and feel it is very beneficial to my anti-aging skin care regime. I just recently had a facial and the estetician asked me if I stay out of the sun because I don't have any sun damage! I do spend a lot of time in the sun during the summer months and do use a sunscreen but I believe this product does help repair my skin.
Great Product February 19, 2008 a reader (St Paul, MN USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have very sensitive skin and have used this product for 3+ years to prevent signs of aging. Unlike the previous reviewer, I have had no negative reactions to the product. I do not work for the company or one of its distributors, but do not understand why the previous reviewer went direct to the company (rather than wherever they bought it) for a refund.
Allergic reaction February 15, 2006 marianne montagna (Florida) 2 out of 15 found this review helpful
When I wrote to Skinceuticals citing my extremely allergic reaction to their $122 product and asking for a refund of 1/2 of the price I paid, they told me: "I am sorry for your unpleasant experience. You would need to contact the location where you purchased the product to inquire about their return policy. We stand behind the return policy of our dealers, therefore we do not take anything back directly. Thank you." So much for standing by your product. So much for customer service. I am not allergic to any other product I've tried. With this product I broke out in huge red, itchy pimples. I have to throw away over 1/2 the bottle because I can't use it. In effect, I am throwing away 61 dollars. I will never use Skinceuticals again, and neither should you.
