MiN is my favorite shampoo hands down. Regardless of the claims of fending off thinning hair, the shampoo cleans nicely and smells wonderful. Regarding the claims of preventing hair loss I only have my own anecdotal account. Before I used it my hair was going fast. My brush looked like I had combed the dog. Since using Min my thin spots have stopped thinning and new hair is slowly returning. I was unable to buy MiN for a year when it was unavailable. When I found it on the market again I rejoiced.

I am not sure about the reviewer who had problems with Fly Away and Dry Hair.
I have very short hair and the products Detox, Wash, Fortify in that order do not dry out my hair. I have used the products in New York, Prague, Boulder, and San Francisco and so far I have had the same results.
Being a Boulder resident I also use MOP or a Min leave in conditioner/styling product. But not everyday, and on the days I don't my hair is not overly dry.
I have never used the Detox alone, but maybe that is what caused the dry out? Both the Wash, and the Fortify are soft and gentle and leave your hair looking full.
Again, maybe long hair makes a difference, maybe the local water supply, maybe not using all three together and according to the instructions? Maybe not using a styling product?

This shampoo is just awful. I would have given it zero stars if it was available. It stripped my hair and made it feel like it was colored. It actually tangled my hair severely and I have very long hair. I had such a time detangling it. In addition, it gave me static fly-away hair- in May. It is a bit too hot for fly-away hair. My husband tried it and he got the same results. And in addition, they will not take it back if it is open. How was I going to know to know it was such a poor product. I read the reviews. I don't know how these people actually think this shampoo is actually good just because it smells good does not mean it is good for your hair. Very dissapointed. And now I am out of ~$70. Thanks for nothing.

I first learned of MiN from my brother who had it in his shower. It has a really good smell and I love the way that it suds up and cleans without drying my hair or scalp. I recommend it!

I have no idea how many shampoos I have tried over the years but I finally have found a product line that works for me. It looks great, smells great, performs perfectly and it works!
